Packaging
- All packages must be securely packaged to avoid damage.
- Canadian Forces Morale Mail is not insurable or traceable.
- Liquid substances must be placed in a leak proof container. This container must then be placed in a strong outer container made of wood, metal or heavy cardboard with absorbent material between the two containers to avoid potential damage of other items.
Dimensions, Size & Weight
The following are specific guidelines for this service (Note: Oversize and overweight parcels will not be accepted). * Items, which do not meet size and weight restrictions, will not be accepted. *
- Weight : Maximum 20 Kg.
- Size: Two conditions must be met regarding size:
- Maximum length is 1 m ; and
- The maximum ( length + girth) is 2 m. (The definition of girth = width + height + width + height)

Return Address
Senders are encouraged to place their address and phone number on the top left corner of parcels to enable the CF Postal Service to contact them should their package be undeliverable.
Customs (Contents List)
All parcels are subject to inspection by the host country Customs Officials. Therefore, a detailed list of contents will need to be written on the bottom left corner of all parcels.
