CFMAP Members Assistance Program

Call us for a confidential talk.

If we can't help, we know someone who can.

24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Remember you are not alone. Being a military spouse can leave you feeling abandoned, especially if you don’t have any family in the area. If you need someone to talk to, but don’t know who to call, try us. We have trained staff to listen to you and - if needed - they can refer you to the right resources in our community.

You are not alone!

Our staff can support you to find a solution to your problem, or direct you to the appropriate community resources that can help you out. Our Crisis Intervention Worker can provide support over the phone, or in person at both our North Side (613-687-1641 ext 2224) and South Side (613-687-2104) locations.

If you need help outside of the PMFRC business hours, contact the Canadian Forces Member Assistance Program at 1-800-268-7708. Their trained staff will support you to get the help you need.

If you feel like hurting yourself or someone else, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
