We have improved our Employment Readiness Workshop. The purpose of the workshop is to prepare you for your job search, familiarize you with the obstacles that you may face searching for a job in the community and what options are available to you to overcome these obstacles. The four-day workshop is designed to help your identify your skills, some of the pitfalls to avoid, the "do’s and don’ts" of writing your resume and preparing you for your interview.
The workshop runs from 8am - 3pm and is an opportunity for you to make friends, network and exchange ideas and thoughts with other participants. The class is informal and we encourage you to ask questions and share your thoughts at any time.
There is a microwave and refrigerator on site - and help yourself to coffee or tea. If you are looking for a change - look to us. Relax and have fun at this workshop. To register call 613-687-1717.
