Spiritual Meditation - June 9th 6:30-7:30 pm at the South Side Community Centre - $3.00 per person. Our busy and hectic lives can leave little time for spirituality and getting in touch with our inner selves. Many people are finding spiritual guided meditation helpful in the connection to their own spiritual selves. By finding a deeper spiritual connection, those who participate in spiritual guided meditation have a lower stress rate during the day and can more easily deal with daily problems in a calm manner.
