Friday & Saturday 6pm - Midnight

Teen Scene: Petawawa Youth Centre is located inside the South Side Community Centre. It is always buzzing with activity and provides a great place to socialize with your friends. Pre-teen nights are Monday and Thursday nights allowing access to 12 year olds. On all other evenings, the centre is open to teens ages 13-18.
You can access the Teen Centre with your Community Access Card, or teens can purchase a Teen Access Card (TAC) for only $5 for 3 months. The TAC permits access only to the Youth Centre and the shared gymnasium. Although staffed, we rely heavily on volunteers. If you are enthusiastic and would like to enhance the lives of our youth please contact:

Some of the activities & services available at the centre are: pool, foosball, table tennis, internet, satellite TV, air hockey, and the snack stop. We also offer weekly activities that include Friday Night Feast, Monday night gym time and Saturday movie night. Drop by to check out the up coming day trips available to all youth in the Petawawa-Pembroke community.

Important Note: All programs are subject to minimum numbers to operate. Therefore pre-registration is necessary for all programs. Furthermore, these programs can be changed or even cancelled if a minimum number of participants is not met. The Youth Activities Coordinator is continually searching for ideas to get local youth actively involved so if you have a novel idea to share, phone the rec plex to have it heard.
